One Week and feeling weak!

Yes, the munchie cravings have officially set in! Week one, I lost 3 lbs. Not a giant leap or anything, but thats 3 pounds I don't have to think about again for a while :-) Today was especially hard because I didn't sleep well last night. Having a husband out of town and being home alone can really damper a girls beauty sleep.

Anyways.... I was not feeling myself today, I was groggy and all I wanted to do was curl up on the couch, watch some girlie movies and snack. Luckily, nothing good was on TV most of the day and Reagan was super antsy today so I didn't get much veg time. I did get lots of play time with her, which is always my favorite thing to do. We laid on the carpet and just talked back and forth most of the day. If our child continues to talk this much when she is using real words, we are in trouble!



 All that playing though, sure made me hungry and my diet weight watchers microwave lunch was not cutting it. So, I added some diced cabbage salad topped with Newtons Own Light Sesame Dressing, and a 60 calorie diet chocolate pudding. That was enough to keep the hunger monster at bay for a while. My second plan of attack... LOTS of water! The more you drink, the less room you have for the other stuff.

By Dinner time I was in full on "feed me" mode. So I ate around 5:30; a personal sized campbells tomato soup and a toasted cheese sandwich with light cheese on whole grain bread. YUM! Oh yeah and MORE WATER! Later for dessert a 90 calorie frozen fruit bar and some more fluids and I think my belly is ready to be tucked into bed. I just keep telling myself "Looking Sexy again will feel better than ANY food tastes". I don't know that I always believe that mantra, but for now its helping. Now if only Joe would come home and finish off all the tempting Easter candy thats laying around.
